Conditions of the service

  1. A signed Service Contract must be provided to your pet transporter 24 hours before the service is provided.
  2. All pets must be at least 12 weeks of age at the date of the service.
  3. All pets must have a valid international passport.
  4. A valid health certificate issued by a doctor of veterinary medicine dated within 10 days of transport must be obtained and travel with the pet. We cannot transport your pet without this certificate. It must be available at pick up, we can not wait for the owner to obtain it when we arrive. If the pick up person does not have it available at pick up, transportation may be canceled. Cancellations in such cases are not refundable.
  5. A valid rabies vaccination certificate issued at least 21 days prior to the service must be provided and travel with your pet.
  6. Should your pet require medical attention during transport, we are authorized to provide such care as is deemed necessary. Should emergency care be necessary, we will make every effort to contact you prior to taking any emergency action. However, if you cannot be reached we will use our discretion to take such steps necessary to ensure the well being of your pet(s). All charges incurred for veterinary care will be your responsibility.
  7. For the safety of our clients and their pets, we will not transport a vicious animal on airplane.
  8. Pet Owner will be responsible for all medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to a Pet Transporter, other pets or persons by the Pet. Customer will be responsible in the event of a claim by any person injured by the Pet. Pet Owner is responsible for any and all property damage caused by pet.


Payment of the full service agreed between the two parties is due at the time of confirmation. No service is considered confirmed and no tickets will be bought before the full payment is credited on our account. The only payment method accepted are:

  1. Cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up date. Cancellations made after payment has been processed will receive a refund of the cost of the transport less a 25% cancellation fee (valid only for transport services by car).
  2. Cancellations after the 72 hours deadline will be charged the full transport fee and no refund will be given.
  3. Cancelations of airplane tickets after they have been bought are not refundable.


  1. If no person is present at the time of transport and/or the above described paperwork is not in order at the time of pick-up, we may have to continue without your pet. You will be charged for the full amount of the transport cost. We recommend that you make alternative arrangements in case the responsible party is unavailable.

Transport carriers and Kennels

  1. For services where the cat is transported by airplane inside the cabin or by car, we will use our own IATA approved carriers.
  2. For services where the cat is transported by airplane on the cargo hold, the client must provide or buy is own IATA approved kennel.


  1. As long as the transportation conditions allow it, the Pro4Pets carrier will always be available during transportation using internet messaging services such as Facebook, Whatsapp, E-mail or similar.
  2. Good communication between the Pet Transporter and the client are highly recommended and are vital for the good conclusion of the service.


  1. It is highly recommended that alternate arrangements be made in case the person responsible for receiving the animal is unable to do so.
  2. If no one will be available for drop off, it is the client responsibility to make other arrangements such as a kennel or hotel reservations. Kennel and/or hotel costs are picked up by the client. If the client needs assistance finding a kennel or an hotel, he can contact the Pet Transporter.
  3. Pro4Pets makes every effort to pick up and deliver each pet at their specified time and date. However, we are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as: weather, road conditions, airlines delays or cancellations, acts of God, etc.
  4. Due to conditions beyond our control we cannot guarantee an exact time for pick up or delivery.

Right of Refusal

  1. Our Pet Transporters are given the right to refuse acceptance of your pet(s) because of failure to follow the above-mentioned terms, and/or your pet(s) is found to be vicious or sick.


  1. Both parties certify that they have read, understand and agree to the rules and regulations set forth on the preceding pages and agreement. They agree to abide by the rules and regulations and accept all terms, conditions and statements of this agreement.
